My training was originally Person Centred, then later integrated CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), TA (Transactional Analysis), and Psychodynamic approaches.
Through integrating those different approaches, I aim to work in a way that is most adapted to each individual, and to what they wish to explore.
I have experience of working with adults and young people from all walks of life. In addition to my private practice, I have worked as a counsellor in specific agencies in the area of drugs and alcohol addiction, and with young people.
